Return Policy

In the case where you receive a product and it does not meet your expectations you may return it within 10 days of receiving it. Merchandise must be in original condition, with all original packaging, components, instructions, and warranty materials.

To obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number call us at 1-800-791-6899 . If you ordered the wrong size and want to exchange it for another, most cases require a re-stocking fee. Large items such as power wheelchair lifts, power scooter lifts, and other products require re-stocking fees and shipping charges. In the case where you cancel an order or want to return an item after it has already shipped you will be responsible for all shipping charges and re-stocking fees.This applies to all products. Custom Made Vertical Lifts and Stairlifts are not returnable. Once your Vertical Lift or stair lift has gone in production, you will be assessed a 25% cancel fee to offset production costs.

Wheelchairs
When your new chair arrives you have 10 days to inspect it for any defects or damage. If there are any defects or damage to your new chair we will repair it at no cost to you in your home, or replace it with a new chair for no additional charge, at your option. If the correct chair is delivered and there are no defects in materials or workmanship but you just don't like it for any reason, you have 10 days following delivery to return it or exchange it for a different model.. Simply call our customer service number at 800-283-9647, let us know you want to return the chair, and we will issue a return authorization number. You will be responsible for re-packaging the chair for return shipment. Once the chair is ready for shipment we will have it picked up and returned. Once the chair is received at our facility in good condition, we will refund your purchase price of the chair after deducting a 15% restocking fee and freight charges.
